Depression

Depression can feel like a heavy fog, clouding your ability to enjoy life or connect with others. Therapy can help you navigate the pain or numbness and identify the root causes of your struggles. We offer evidence-based, practical tools to develop emotional resilience, provide healing, and  help you reclaim a sense of hope, purpose, and balance.

Anxiety

Anxiety can consume your mental bandwidth, and keep you stuck in a cycle of worry and fear. We provide tools and evidence-based approaches to help you regain control of your thoughts and emotions. We'll create a personalized plan to reduce stress, increase personal peace, and improve confidence.

Couples & Relationships

Whether you're frequently fighting, facing communication challenges, experiencing affairs or betrayal, or simply disconnection, therapy can help.  Couples/relationship therapy can enhance understanding, repair trust, and re-create meaningful connection.  We'd love to help you find more peace and connection in your

relationship.

Grief

Grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and never-ending. Therapy provides a compassionate space to help you process loss and navigate life after loss.  Whether you're grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a life transition, we’ll work together to honor your emotions, find meaning, and help guide you toward healing. Wherever you are, hope can start here.

Trauma

Trauma can have a tremendous impact on mental health and day-to-day functioning.  Healing is possible.  Therapy provides a compassionate and safe space to explore your experiences at your own pace. Using trauma-informed interventions and approaches, we’ll help you process the past, reduce its hold on your present, and build a deliberate future informed by your values rather than your past. Whatever you've been through and wherever you are now, we'd love to companion you on your journey to healing.

Parenting

Parenting is one of life’s most rewarding yet challenging roles--and the challenges change from post partum stressors to toddler melt downs to teen stress. If you’re struggling with how to support a challenging child, how to communicate better or even just keep your cool, how to address sibling rivalry or many other issues, therapy can provide important support. As a mom of 4, and using a variety of training and modalities, we'll explore practical strategies to nurture  relationships, reduce stress, and help your family thrive. We'd love to provide insight, clarity, and support to help.

Expats

Expats have unique opportunities to experience culture and travel, but an expat lifestyle can also come with a unique set of challenges. Some of these might include; multiple transitions, culture clash, distance from family, career frustration, stress between partners, split location families, and concern about children adjusting.  With 15 years of expat experience, we'd love to provide support.

TCKs

Third Culture Kids are kids who were raised in a culture outside their parent's home culture.  This bring some wonderful advantages, but also introduces some unique challenges.  It's not uncommon to see higher rates of depression, anxiety, and ADHD in TCKs.  Transitioning to college in a home country can also create challenges.  As the mother of 4 TCKs, and specialized training in this area, we'd love to support TCKs.
